Jeanna Gilreath-Lynch is the founder of Career Capital, Inc a career and business coaching practice.

How does it work?

The coaching process is very simple.  We will meet once per week by phone to discuss YOU, your goals and challenges.  Although there is a training piece to what we do, there is more than learning that will take place with our collaborative relationship.  You will transform yourself and your ability to actually do the things that will double or triple your effectiveness – like marketing yourself or your business. 

Where to I start with a coach?

We will begin with a special client meeting to get to know each other.  I want to hear about your goals, needs, and challenges.  I also want you to be comfortable with me and how I can help you.  During our first meeting, we will design a list of goals and a game plan to reach your goals.  Prior to our first meeting, you will receive a welcome package from me containing checklists and assessment materials to make the most of our first meeting. 

Jeanna Gilreath-Lynch is the founder of Career Capital, Inc a career and business coaching practice.

I grew up in a family of teachers, 13 of them to be exact, mom, dad, aunts, uncles, cousins, you name it, they were all teachers.  I was the first in my family to break the chain and choose a career in the insurance and financial services industry.  I graduated from college in 1992 and immediately began my career.  Throughout my career, I have been extremely good and setting career goals and achieving them. I have been recruited heavily and sought out in the industry by many companies.  Early in my career, I realized that teaching and helping people develop is my strongest passion.  I have spent over 15 years helping employees, co-workers, friends and family develop themselves into better leaders, find the jobs of their dreams, and create development plans that lead them to a successful career.

I have over 15 years of experience in helping people achieve their goals - business, career and personal.  Coaching people is my passion.  I’ve been trained by one of the leading coach training programs – Coach University.   I’m here to help you - Discover your worth!
